David Mundy is a “Roll A” Parliamentary Agent for the Westminster Parliament and has wide knowledge and experience of all forms of Parliamentary procedure and instruments.
David has promoted and opposed infrastructure projects under the Hybrid Bill procedure, Transport and Works Act, the Planning Act and the Harbours Act 1964. He also advises on regulatory, administrative, and constitutional law, advising on human rights issues, Freedom of Information, Data protection, public procurement and wider public law matters.
David is a member of the Law Society, the Compulsory Purchase Association, and the Procurement Lawyers Association.
